About Me:
I am 26 years old and a manager at Sizzler Restaurants in Long Island. I have been making wine for about a year, all from kits. I have shelled out a great deal of money and bought a wine press, crusher/destemmer and looking forword to making my first batch of wine from real grapes. This winter I will be going back to school at the Culinary Instite of America in Hyde Park, NY.

Hey Mike,
Looks like you've got a great setup too. Yes, I use the kegs for aging since I haven't worked up to barrels yet [maybe next year]. They work great because they are easy to purge with the gas, easy to sample from, keep topped off and they don't evaporate.

The hose came from a local beverage supply distibuter. Check with local pubs in your area and ask where they get their supplies. Also, HomeDepot might have gas line hose. If not, www.morewinemaking.com will have something in their beer making/kegging catalog.

Good luck.
Chris
